Polish investigator Zbigniew Rzepa said that the flight data and voice recorders, which have been taken to Moscow, were slightly damaged but the data had not been affected.
"They will provide good material with which to reconstruct what happened with the flight," he said.
"Based on them we will prepare material that will show what happened during the last two minutes of the flight, how the pilots controlled the plane and how the communications progressed," Rzepa said, adding that it was a time-consuming process.
"I think a final report may be issued on Wednesday or Thursday," Rzepa said.
He also said that a third black box had been found at the scene of the crash, but it had not yet been delivered to Moscow.
Moscow First Deputy Mayor Peter Biryukov said the bodies of 45 people had been identified and the city authorities expected a special plane from Poland to take the coffins home on Tuesday.
